After graduating with an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, Bill worked for Alco Standard Corporation in Valley Forge, PA. Within a few years, he returned to Texas following his entrepreneurial spirit. Working with his father, they formed National Chromium Corporation in Odessa, TX in the late 70’s followed by Masterson Industries, Inc. in Round Rock, TX in the early 90’s. Bill finds enjoyment by spending time with his grandchildren, fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, and holding up the family tradition of taking the annual trip to Ruidoso, NM to escape the Texas heat in August.

Born in Odessa, TX and raised in Georgetown, TX, Will spent his childhood playing competitive soccer in Central Texas. After graduating from University of the Ozarks-Arkansas where he played soccer, Will joined Masterson Industries, Inc. as a technician and apprentice under his father. Since 2005 Will has played an integral role in expanding the shop capabilities and growing the family business. His attention to detail and commitment to quality is unprecedented. When he takes time away from the shop, you can find him at home with his wife and two dogs or playing soccer with old high school friends.

After graduating from St. Edward's University-Austin, Emily worked in marketing and sales in the non-profit and architecture fields. Growing up around the family chrome shop made it a natural transition to join the Masterson Industries, Inc. team full time as the VP of Business Relations. Emily has a passion for interior design, architecture and renovating. In her free time she enjoys running and spending time with her husband and their young kids.
